oh, and shaphan, they're not trying to disprove creationism, as is impossible with any dogma, but to ridicule its inclusion in science classes, which is absurd.

no evolution cant tell us about how matter came into being (i can only assume that was a spelling mistake there shaphan), but then it doesnt try and isnt supposed to, just like quantum mechanics tells us very little about the knitting. they're unrelated.

as for the overwhelming evidence, you must have your eyes closed not to see it

well the next question is about the big bang.

i like to think that till we get a good grasp on the cause of the big bang, we could just say that god did it, and then she sat back and let evoloution take it's course to see what would happen.

I'm a noob in physics and religion That sounds as good as any other theory.
But where was god, if before the big bang, there was nothing?
