Since I been back I havent noticed any SPC planets above x10. Maybe I have been just unlucky not to find anything higher but are they gaining production points after round end?

Ya, think Iiri wanted to make it so more valuable to hold planets instead of oblitting, so have to hold onto them- also why there aren't really all that many SPs, Iiri didn't want to do a drop or increase the spawn rate due to the creation of unlimited resources that way
