Been a bit since I posted one of these.

- Changed space page to be slightly more screen-reader friendly
- Rebuilt Discord newsbot. Should be pretty respectful of limits, and much less likely to introduce performance problems.

Also started on a redesign of the resources transfer page - the code running that intimidates me a little .
