Just to provide some fair warning, I'll hold off for two days before I start, if I can capture your planet without crashing an assault (fighters are fine) then I will, so if it is under 2M defense consider it a target, I have a number of such planets that you are welcome to take if you come across them since they still have nearbys. I won't go after an active players HW unless you crash assaults to take one of my planets, consider this the notice, attacks to commence if I find something starting in the AM of December 8.
