When I click trade with nearby ship I see two 200% assaults of mine un docked from a planet but when I go to the ships page they are not showing and I have no way to access these ships I

I seem to have the same problem.

I hyperjumped a transport but it didn't seem to go anywhere. despite the ships page saying that it did.

Also I can unload/load things on it at the last location, I just can't seem to move it at all.

Seems to have fixed itself ???

I don't think the system liked that I put in coords outside the galaxy.
