Think the % is an easier fix, just have to change a number in the program Iiri said, whereas volume you'd have to change the number and add in an option in the ship design page, and it would outdate all the current trained 500k assaults |

. I don't know what Zygi had in mind when he first designed the game (though it was a 3rd or 4th incremental improvement on FateLords), nor do I know what kind of balance Professor was creating when he changed the game (market, buildings, etc).
