Concerning buying credits:
It might have to do with banking systems, rates of exchange and other factors beyond the control of any of us.
The story is most likely there but not knowing the title it would be difficult to find. I know there were some complaints about the delay for getting stories published on the site so maybe it was written but never listed.

Oh come on, if it there were these things (about credits) then that would mean that noone except americans can buy credits. It's not like we are China or Nigeria. We're in EU, our economy is relatively stable and we have democracy, most of our banks are from north countries, I can use paypal or my credit card to buy anything from anywhere on the Net, so wtf?
