Hey I can't recieve planets, but can receive ships and such.....

Its a well known new player bug.
Your planets are in the new player arena, and your ships are in the real arena.
You need to navigate to the missions page and enter the real arena..

The fact you can recieve ships is the bug, not the fact you can not recieve planets.

And some of his planets are in the new player arena with some in the real arena too.
