I think you need to start a ticket with Iiri (look on the left under Tickets). It seems like a bug has been introduced that has hurt new players when they enter the real arena.

Hopefully, this can be made right. Let me know if you need anything.

not worried about the planets lost just trying to find more.

What level were the planets at? Wondered if perhaps it was a purge of certain levels since it had been talked about that newb arena needed to get rid of higher level planets.

true..... I had all x20

most were 20s and 19s now the 6 planets i kept was the first system you get and the one right next to it.

part me wants to come to the real arean and try my luck to get some planets since i cant find any in noob land wonder if i could last a day. With my luck i end up next to a hw.
