Stable Warp Generator. What does it do? The couple of people here that I've asked said they never used them and don't know. So I'll just ask everyone so hopefully anyone else with the question can have it answered as well.

more specifically even- it doesn't have to go to another one of your planets, just a planet that was yours at the time you built it, you can oblit the target planet or it can be passed off to someone else- such as a clan mates HW- downside is costs some E to keep it going and if I remember right only fighters can go through (any clan member though) and it costs 500 U to go through it
