Meow is a form of expression. Cats meows for a reason. Rather they are annoyed... Want attention... Or just to irritate another dog. I preferred to use it in many many ways just like cats.

i gotta disagree with ya there. dogs are clearly superior. except for lap dogs, useless vermin, kinda like cats. i trust my rotts to keep us safe. also, they dig up and kill thoes yard destroying moles and chase down stray cats all cats can do is play with mice.

If you think about it... Cats are professionals at hunting and more better at it then dogs. They have sharper vision, they can see in the dark, they are agile and nimble, a acute sense of smell, and are smarter then dog are as well. and has more killing power too. A cat does not lose focus of its prey unlike dogs.
