Yes, it finally has happened... The black wolf that you all know and love so well, the face of Iiridayn in the forums has been replaced. The new image is licenced under a creative commons licence, which allows me to finally be secure in the legal state of my image - the last was a very well drawn black wolf pencil sketch which I am sure the artist would rather royalties for usage . I have at my fingertips a number of other potential legal avatar pictures at this time, but I feel that this one was the most adequate for my current state - either happy or sleeping, as you might take it .

In other news as related to diplomacy, I have taken half time at work for the next month or so - this will give me additional time to devote to SL as one of the biggest put off things I need to attend to in recent years. Other things include researching a new image format for UUIDs (ostensibly the reason for the vacation, and it should be much fun), unpacking my room and moving into it (haven't completed since January 20th - the old hard disk was wrecked during the move), organizing my paperwork (christmas cards, etc), and more.

Keeping my fingers crossed figuratively - I'll try to use the brief additional time as well as I can.
