those resources were harvested from the planet...

and i know the ways to break out of that situation hyper to a planet or more safely, an arbitrary position, keep the resources on a planet and get rid of any threats as fast as possible or just dont go... the docking doesnt keep you from being pirated...

Hmm, so you do. The only common denominator in the factor was the planet. Prevent pirating and to fuel up, from the planet.

Your transport was docked, so I can only assume you got to the transfer resources screen, you should have dumped everything on the planet. Then went to the assault and fueled up maybe 200 fuel and jumped away, then when it was quiet, load up then jump.
