Changes 'Members' to a link on the clan info page. It goes to a list of people in the clan

Changed the players name to a link on the player info page that goes to the pm screen to pm that member.

could have an acheivement system like capture so many planets, score so many points etc with a credit award for each one but we dont know how far away we r until we acheive it
