Only need I see is for a Vice Leader. Has all the powers of the leader except password. If the main leader is inactive for seven days, the vice becomes main leader, and he can change the password. Good?

The reason is that hey - it would take longer to code up something for it than to just reset clan leaders as the admin from time to time .

One quote I heard once was - when someone messed up, people tend to talk about processes instead of people -- instead of saying "bob messed up", they instead bring up the topic "we need a process to ensure that half finished design sketches won't be sent to the client again" . This results in much bureaucratic confusion eventually, when they could have just asked Bob to say sorry, and tell people not to do it again .
