yes, but that is a test server, and may be reset or restored to an earlier database backup at any time. it is a "safe" place to test new ideas or to see what happens when you try something risky, but it also is not guaranteed to be the same as skylords game server, as we also are testing new ideas there.

a while. It was just not known by many until we rerouted the error message that the server was down for upgrade through that site. Then, lots of people sort of took notice that there was a skylords2.com site. Until January, I think there were no players who had logged into it, and it was only used for development and testing by admins.

I got the domain name with the intention of setting up a new server there, but it is not as easy to do as I had thought, and we have had to focus on getting things working well on the existing server as a first priority, so this project has been delayed for a while. However, I have not given up on that idea, and we may yet have an active second server at some time in the future.

For now, it is simply being used as a development and testing server.
