nope, same here, planet count is down3 , news are from yesterday, but the planets captured message are not on that page

Fixed now. Funny problem. Was a bug in original code (missing closing parenthesis), but older version of MySQL made different assumption about what to do with missing paranthesis than the new version of MySQL used on new server, so behavior changed even though game code did not change. Slightly annoying, but found and fixed now.
