That's another thing - if you're convicted of war crimes or crimes against humanity you're not exactly going to get a community sentence. You're never coming out of prison if you're convicted of such crimes.

Would he have been murdered in prison? Maybe, would he have been treated poorly? Definately. However that doesn't advocate the use of lethal force against him to pay for his crimes.
