As a noob myself, I will not attack any other Active noob. I PM them and ask if they are active. If active I will even assist them to keep on playing the game.

However it is your choice if you want to kill the weak and defenceless.

I always encourage new players o join a clan because then playing the game will be more enjoyable(bit partial toward having them join SCA though). If I find that the player is not active then I'll defeat them.
