if u only sleep for 3 hours and then force urself to wake up ud be more tired than if u had not gone to sleep in the first place

to stay awake just think of all the things ud be missing out on if u went to sleep

well, i slept for 2 hours recently and i don't feel like i'm tired i would feel tired if i slept for 10 mins then my heart would bump very very very fast when i wake up
