Depending on amount of uranium it might be cheaper to end up uranium with small ships instead of killing turrets.

Does anyone want the planet in that system, there is still Berts planet that has turrets, but I think I've used up enough ships for one day. Berts doesn't have near as much U on it either, chose the harder planet since Bert likes to get on when I'm attacking his planets.

41 turrets were destroyed, and your ship sustained 0 damage.

We killed a few here and there with the warp fighters, but that was the final turret count, now to tally the cost and see if it was a decent strategy, not counting the time factor.

Liberal estimate of fighter cost:

Estimated Turret Cost:
Silicon 4.6M
Iron 920K
Gold 920K
Uranium 5M

So it worked out a little in our favor for resource cost.
