Instead of fixing the 147 planets that were in an odd limbo status half in new player arena and half in real arena, I made a mistake and made ALL planets in the newbie arena have that status, so that we had every planet in newbie arena acting strange and sort of showing up in real arena, but not really being there.

Those planets are now back in the newbie arena where they belong, and they will be deleted if not captured by a new player within 14 days. New player arena is full of lots of SP Confederation planets to capture, but they only come to the real arena if a new player has captured them or if they are uncolonized (green) planets.

So, even though you clearly have some new player arena planets as nearbies, they probably will never get to the real arena unless the player who received those startup planets seeded near his main planet actually captures them.

I think the problem has now been fixed, and I appologise for the problems that occured.
