Yeah the game does need to change, It used to be just Proff Filas and I building HW's Now everyone is doing it

As for Newb BAshing, this is a war game. I don't rememebr hearing from him asking questions or posting them in the new player forums. If you are new and don't pick the brains of those who have been here or at the very least look into a training clan Defeat is your own fault. Skylords does not give a free ride to everyone who wants to play. Alot of us have been defeated but came back, I've been here less long than alot of the vets but I'm doing well. you just have to restart learn the ropes and presevere. Save the whine for dinner.

ls your as well guilty for hunting noobs so is hope, Smart fox and few others.
This is not my first account when i first started you all would not even lend a hand in helping out new players. If it was not for Bert, Dranger, deemers and few others i would of ben killed. They showed me chains are bad how to save and so on.

Thanks BD, this is what I was talking about., It is not just enough to play you have to learn and be around or with people who can help you and show you the ropes. Most of all you need to actively find out what those ropes are. Or you'll end up Defeated...to use a SF quote " I killed him so that when he comes back he'll play smarter"

I was defeated strait out of imunity by SmartFox, that's when I learned to consult the vets, I sat put for the rest of that round just learning the basics of stratigy. I know I'm not the best player in SL but I think that I do alright, and the black mark on my record just remindes me not the slack off and show everyone that defeat does not mean that you have to throw in the towel.

I must say when i joined sl almost a year ago with my first account i found the game a bit of a challenge and i was defeated 1 vday out of immuity
but on my second account i straight away joined IDG
i Got a lot of help from bert ,ghola ,dranger, deemers (PIE) ,and all the gang in the clan
without this help i woulld have proably been defeated again so i say to any new player join a clan its to your own benefit

Mess With The Best Die Like The Rest

SL mirrors life... survival of the fittest. Adapt and learn or be defeated. This game is totally geared towards diplomocy and teamwork, without it there is little chance to get far after starting. Survival means 1) joining a clan 2) make a friend or two for support 3) banking - those that do not do that, are likely doomed. I think everyone can agree that it's almost impossable to get far being alone in this game anymore. I think there is plenty mentions of these recomendations in the new players forum...

i have been defeated millions of times, ask bert and grif how many times i restarted in aidg, but now i got the swing of things, i have a maxed out hw and in cidg which is on of the best clans out there, u just have to keep on coming back
