i have tried several times to upload a jpg pic that is 109 x 120 as my avatar and it keeps saying "This file type is not permitted" what the heck does that mean????

and i tried other forms of the same pic -gif png ect...- none worked (i used the same pic before and i got it from an older player named kirillian whos post is on pg 30 under the topic "Merry Christmas" by Wannix it works fine on his account. at least i can see it anyway...
