Personal news does not reset, but it does also not seem to show planets taken as I've lost a planet but it is not in the news

aww its ok, its good for my timezone im getting some extra resources cause of that

When several months ago we made summer time here, i can't set my permanent timezone anymore. I make +10GMT, but it lasts only till logout and i have to change it everytime i login (and somehow 5-6 minutes bias everytime comes). It's annoying but i'm getting used to it. I guess could be related to the flag got. When server time, news time and clock shows different time and news are reseted twice is a bit too messy
