Good news: I found the source of the flags (Zygi told me where he found them at first). Better news: there's already a Wales flag. Now "all" I have to do is write the selector code. I may also be able to fix the ip assignment code, with current ip data (same source).

RBA: sorry if I guessed wrong, but I remember someone mentioning that I should simply give everyone in LTC a Lith flag.
