Edit: Hmm, seems to be spelled with a 'c' ("Caput" ) instead of the 'k' I'd pronounced in my head ("Kaput" ). So what does it say then?

Spelled: I I R I (not irii, irri, or iri).

"Kaput" used by liths usually means "The end", "Death" or smth - a final statement without any hope
