Actually IIRI [it has two I's] it has only been from the end of september that we have known that the buildings and the warp would need the underused resources and that a forward thinking person would probably buy them/ trade for them and hold them.

Last month it was noted that the market had them at way below where they probably would end up being.

October had someone buy all of the really cheap hydrogen out of the market It was remarked upon the general forum I think.

im gona enjoy silicon and hydrogen going up , i dont plan on useing buildings or HW until 2 months or so, not changing my gameplan until my current one is seen through more credits for me

I have been consistent for a long time in stating a vision that undervalued resources would find a use in the future. The fact that buildings were coming and the fact that they would use resources which were selling for cheap prices on the market was not a surprise, but few players chose to plan ahead long term for increasing value of these resources which have been long ignored.

I doubt we will ever need to produce silicon or hydrogen as the demand for these resources is still likely to be less than the supply from capturing new SP conf planets (which now have 5k of all resources on them and which are dropped into the game with shields down now.

Thus, it is my current prediction that prices of silicon and hydrogen and uranium are higher right now than they will be in two months. But, probably no one will listen to me now any more than they did several months ago when I stated that prices were unsustainably low.

Post from end of June in which I talked about my vision for the game has been bumped up to current screen. In this topic, I talked about finding ways to use resources which were in low demand at the time, and about wanting to introduce buildings.
