They do not pull a win out of nowhere. They have a large number of very good players who work effectively to help each other within their clan. They are not cheating, and they are not using any unfair source of advantage. They have no more resources on HWs than several other clans now (although they used to have more, so have used up a lot of past resources saved).

They are mostly just very good players who help each other in a team effort.
