Yes, Duel started up as newbie, next to your planet. He asked what he should do in the forums, and one person advised that he restart, as being next to you was not a good way to start up.

So, he closed his account and restarted. There is nothing improper about doing this. He does have you coords, of course, so if that is part of a chain, you might want to break the chain.

Of course, having him spring up both times near you is definitely a sign that the game operating system has taken a personal dislike to you I think! jk - it is just a sign that you have a lot of planets spread out and this is not your lucky day I guess.

Why not make friends with him and have him join your clan. Help him out, and you can probably keep your x15 planets, and give him other planets in other areas in trade for his newbie planets, which you can keep or obliterate to keep the x15s safe.

Don't worry too much about annoying Ice, Zaku. Everyone annoys Ice at some time or another, and he returns the favor to the best of his ability as well.
