I found a new SPC system through nearbies, all planets are 9x and all have 5k of each resource, points allocated as for new player, but all three planets belongs to SPC and wasn't left

My question is whether resources will grow in such system those two weeks?

I don't think resources grow on SP planets, as the SP never logs in, but I am not completely sure with the new daily resource update. My guess is SP will be treated as inactive, however, and will receive no new resources since it does not ever log in.

As for planet drops changing, I think this might have changed when we made some changes in new player missions. Not sure about that. Will check with Iiridayn on this.

Asked Iiridayn. He said he had made some 9x SP confed systems for testing of newbie missions and some other stuff. Not sure exactly what, but he did not use all those that he created for testing and left them in the game as they did not hurt anything to be there. Since he won't use planets created for testing for his own account, he did not keep the coords.

lol prof SP planets resources wouldnt increase anyway as thier production points are very rarely actually set to production
