Seriously, I think peaches are so yummy that they have to be some kind of sin to eat them. It was probably a peach, not an apple, in the Garden of Eden, as no reasonable person would be tempted by an apple but who could possibly resist a peach.

Also, I can tell you that if I had been in that Garden with Eve, she would NEVER have gotten the first bit of that fruit. Man, I would have said "tree, what tree? knowledge? where? forbidden? Humm, don't have knowledge, so got to get the fruit to know what forbidden means, so where is that peach tree?"

We were talking about having the members of Syndicate join our clan all month long, and then people said that would not be honorable. Now LTC just drops half it's members, and they get congratulated. We should have followed through with the merger, even if they all wanted to go to SC this month... At least we would have won the round. I will do everything in my power to keep LTC from winning this one.

mmm, should this really be so Prof, looking at the members list for LTC I see that those 5 players pretty soon rejoined the clan after the end of the round. If they were getting rid of inactive members to win the points per member then fair enough, but to separate them just before the end of the round and then have them rejoin at the start of the new round...???

Both LTC and Armageddon made October one of the most exciting rounds I've seen and did great jobs but I think in fairness Armageddon should still take the points per member prize.

Well, I have never said you could not separate members from the alliance, and StarFox also separated himself from Armageddon at the last minute of the round in an effort to win. Yes, if LTC had been a clan of 15 members, Armageddon would have won points per member. Yes, if there were restrictions on when clan members joined or left, we could have prevented this from happening, but I don't like adding in new rules after the fact simply because we do not like the outcome. However, for the November round, I will hereby state the following new rule:

NEW RULE: For November 2005 round and later rounds, any member of an alliance LEAVING or KICKED OUT during the last five days of a round will continue to be considered a member for purposes of calculating points per member for the round.
