1. Experience of all assaults will drop to 200% maximum on June 1st, at the start of the new round.
2. Defense formula will change so that defense loss = attack strength for successful and unsuccessful attacks.
3. Nearby scan distance will decrease from 1000 sectors to 750 sectors.
4. Nearby scan will have upgrade option that allows viewing of two nearby planets at once.
5. Newbies in immunity can be seen on nearby, but only after all other nearby players have been eliminated.
6. Probing will have three upgrades instead of two. Newbies will have all three upgrades until end of round.
7. Maximum probing distance with all three upgrades will be 250 sectors (one third of nearby range).
8. Size of universe has increased from 6000 to -6000 x3 to 12000 to -12000 x3 now.
9. Systems with three SP confed planets and shields up will be dropped into universe at random.
