no matter wat production i set it still remains Zero. it shows some 36xx after 24 hours but two days and it hasnt risen for any of my planets. and no the troop update is equal to the vital etc.

You must have at least 1 vital before starting to produce troops. Decrease your troops production to 0 and up the vital for about half hour then see what happens
