has anyone done it, everytime i try it just hurts alot, i knwo you are supposed to bend it before it hits your head but it never works....and then the way they do it on animal house (puts it on his head and pushes) doesnt work to well either, so does anyone know how to do it goodly (bad grammer)

ive done it once.....but it i think i was just lucky that time...now it just hurts..alot....and doesnt smash..... indeed is right...bend the side a little cause that does make it easier....

its easy but got to have hard head like me mine record is 5 in a row not bent but had heaach after that it also works better if you are drunk yhen you dont feel it as much
