well, Chaos was referring to the All Your Base Belong To Us phenomenon, that started because of a poor translation of an old video game. We'd talked about it before in reference to Overhog's old avatar which had that phrase in it. There's a Wikipedia entry for it - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_your_base_are_belong_to_us
and it has a reference in it to an April Fool's Joke, carried out by 7 (see?7!! ) guys on -
