all the blood that is on the drivers seat proves the car was not in motion when the collision occured. Maybe the deer went on a rampage and ran into the parked car at a very high velocity?

I have seen a couple moose vehicle accidents. Though a deer is a smaller animal I do not think this is a fake. It can be very messy.
