Wait a minute here. First, CiDG does not OWN Swarm. We wouldn't want it. Second, it is fine for clan members to exchange systems, and capture is a very reasonable way to make transfers to a newbie who is in immunity.

We are not fighting among each other, but we are cooperating to keep planets that have been captured within the clan by a player with immunity, unless the planets are safe.
