1) Fort CIPRIANO is an UNDERGROUND fort (while also being unaffected by Earthquakes and anything else that could possibly destroy it) so it was unaffected by the nukes

2) The fleet takes about 3 hours to rebake

The anti-aircraft batteries fire gloopy porridge at Wraith's fleet forcing them to retreat away while several of them come crashing to the ground, the crews are captured and held as PoWs inside Fort CIPRIANO.

The RSKAF launch a counter on Wraiths forces. While doing little damage they do force Wraith to retreat his forces and also get a better idea of the landscape and defences that they are facing.

Inside Fort CIPRIANO the amassing of forces has started, battalions of Ginger Bread man are coming out of the furnace almost daily, hard fudge swords are being made and the seige weapons are in production.
