Just don't "try" to sleep. If you can't sleep jsut get out of the bed and do something If you try to sleep and look at clock every 20 mins this ain't going to help.

i fell asleep during English once and didnt wake up until the next period, fortunately they were in the same room :p

i stayed up for 36 hours voluntarily on halloween eve and then my parents forced me to go to sleep for a while
